They are just accessories, that is all.
Worry about your core game, features and filling out the suits before you concern yourself with accessory support. It is too much effort wasted on something a tiny fraction of your user-base will ever use.

Do they really?
I would wager not. Lets try to get some numbers from CCP about this. Remember the forums and player corporations always only make up a small fraction of the userbase, normally the more hardcore.
Oh and I think of substantial for an accessory to be above 10% |

get familiar with all the 64 ds3 players cause those will be the only fcuking people you'll be playing in two weeks
Oh please, hyperboil more.
Really I am quite interested what the numbers are. Does anyone have figures for other games on the Ps3 that support both control methods?

But the fact that KB/M has been broken since Chromosome and now DS3 is at its peak with aim assist there is no reason not to focus some attention on the second input CCP provides..
Because regardless of the trolls in this thread KB/M support was promised by CCP be it a minority or not there is a group of dedicated/invested KB/M players...
CCP should provide them the same respect/attention they provide the DS3 users, its that simple..
Does this apply to move, aswell as the sharpshooter attachment? That control scheme is pretty broken right now as it is, yet there is no big outcry even though dust was also promised move support.
You know why there is no big outcry? It was never an i-Win button compared to the controller and it is an accessory. |

im not ignorant, im just using common sense, just because this game supports it, doesn't mean that it is mandatory to be used, if that's the case then why don't people use controllers on PC?
Dafuq are you talking about ? You ever hear about steam big picture its designed for couch play and indy titles not to mention the xbox controller moves seamlessly over to a PC when ever needed with no hiccups.. So yet again pretty ignorant comment..
Hey look at that, Valve is trying to expand their market into controller orientated gamers.... you know the market thats like 10 times bigger than PC gamers.

The last person i seen use a move was my grandmother playing some kind of archery game in her senior home... Or i guess there are those hand full of role players sitting back on their bed covered up in a home made ghillie suit and the big pink ball wand shooting at the TV.... Come on now lets be real the two most competitive uses of shooters is DS3 and KB/M hence the outcry for both and from both...
Are you kidding? Go look at what happened to killzone 3 MP, move absolutely demolished the other controls,

Driving is a nightmare, the button arrangement with the sharpshooter is horrible, and I think that the move most likely didn't get any aim assistance which it sorely needs. |

I could go on but that would just be ignorant. Agreed, I'm perfectly comfortable playing on my desk with my m/kb. There is a time and place for couch and gamepad and a time and place for desk and mouse. People just have different preferences.
This is why people buy consoles (comfy couch gaming) versus gaming PCs (carpal tunnel gaming). Don't try to force this comfy couch game into carpal tunnel land. It is a comfy couch game designed for a comfy couch system and guess what, we come first in our house.
